I know that 3D printing is crushing the pre-made terrain market. But, trust me when I say that 3D printing is FAR from being 'plug and play'. So, while you're debating (aka arguing with the wife) on pulling the trigger for a big 3D printer purchase. Here's some easy and cheap terrain that's versatile and looks great on the table. All parts are laser cut on one sheet of heavy duty 2mm mat board. This little cabin can be built in multiple ways. I've made some with thatched roof (teddy bear fur), wood shingle roof, defensive shutters, turned one into a stable and countless other variations. The material is pre-colored grey and where the laser cuts it turns black, so no painting needed!  In the pictures I've painted the chimney with primer grey for a bit of contrast. Assemble this cabin with white glue, wood glue, old chewing gum, those bits of used tape you save from unwrapping Christmas presents, whatever you have at hand. Boom insta-cabin.. even the Amish will wonder how you did it so fast. Miniatures not included and shown for scale only.  Outhouse and fencing available separately, soon.
