This is the
Chieftain's Hall
, a modular miniature resin building set from Tabletop Troubadour Games'
Hagglethorn Hollow
Kickstarter launch. That project brought to life designs by New Zealand Weta Workshop sculptor Johnny Fraser-Allen. This piece includes 3 components: a 'dungeon' base, first floor, and roof. Fully assembled, it measures 13.8"H x 10"L x 8.3"W. The roof section alone, and the roof in combination with the first floor section, can be utilized as buildings in their own right as the photos show.
It is suitable for use with 25-28mm miniatures, and the dungeon and first floor have interior playable areas - but no integrated 1" grid. The roof  section is solid and does not have interior playable space.
This is the fully pre-painted version.
It is unused; I opened it to inspect the pieces and take photographs.
