This is the
Cottage
, a modular miniature resin building set from Tabletop Troubadour Games'
Hagglethorn Hollow
Kickstarter launch. That project brought to life designs by New Zealand Weta Workshop sculptor Johnny Fraser-Allen. This piece includes 2 components: a ground floor and a roof. Fully assembled, it measures 6.1"H x 5.7"L x 5.7"W. The roof section alone can be utilized as a building in its own right as the photos show.
It is suitable for use with 25-28mm miniatures; the ground floor has interior playable space - but no integrated 1" grid. The roof section is solid and does not have interior playable space.
This is the fully pre-painted version.
It is unused; I opened it to inspect the pieces and take photographs.
