This is made from hydrostone. Its durable and has a nice heft to it. It will gracefully endure shipping. Each piece Comes individually wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a medium flat rate box.... and will be a joy for you to open!

- oh, its completely painted.. and sealed with a satin seal.
- the paint is a chocolate brown Base on the walls with a pumpkin tone And drybrushed with a light cream. Its a pumpkin latte!
- the roofs are a dark grey base, medium grey brush and a light grey, drybrush. With spots of tapestry wine for after your latte.
The bottom is covered in felt and the top has felt where it meets the walls to protect the paint as well.
