The buyer has up to 30 days to return items (unless the item is listed as all sales are final).
If an item is to be returned, it must be returned in the condition in which it was received.  For example, if the auction item was for a sealed new in box item, then it must be returned sealed new in box.  If an item is opened, then only exchanges are allowed, and only if I have another copy of that item.
