Gorgeous Imperial Cathedral -- painted and ready to play

This auction is for a beautiful Imperial Cathedral, fully assembled, painted, weathered, and ready to play.
I built this structure from parts of several Pegasus city building kits, and added a custom-made roof. I then painted and weathered the model to a very nice gaming standard. It's mounted on a very thin layer of plastic, molded with very realistic paving stones.
The building and base measures about 14" by 11", and the building itself is 9" tall. The twin doors at each end of the building open and close.
Please note that the Imperial Guardsman in the photos is there just for scale, and is not part of the auction.
Please check out my other auctions for lots more 40K minis, bits, accessories, and terrain. This building is fairly heavy, so postage is not inexpensive...but if it's less than what I've quoted, I'll refund you the difference (or request an invoice for an exact figure).
