A 'Good' to 'Very Good' copy of the Official Price Guide to Elvis Presley Records and Memorabilia, First Edition.  Written by Jerry Osborne, 1994, House Of Collectibles.  430 pages.  ISBN 0876379390.  I've taken a picture of any possible issues.  Please take a look.  There's a small tear at the top of the first page (prior to the text).  Some shelf wear to the cover (mainly in that all the shine is gone).  Looking at the very last photo, there is a bit of a waviness or warpiness to the book; but definitely not from any liquid.  The sides are somewhat soiled.  There's a big smudge (most of it is next to the text, not on it) on page 215.  Also, the bottom corner of the pages in roughly the last half of the book have some denting or perhaps staining, but I would not call it severe.  On the upside, there is no writing at all in the book, and the spine has no creases.
I combine shipping, which includes tracking.  This book will be carefully packed with a cardboard stiffener for safety in transit, and shipped out within two business days of receipt of payment.
